La Consentida, the new project of a well-known hotel group from the city of Martos (Jaén) that comes to complete, more if possible, its offer, both in nightlife and in restaurants.
The client's approach when ordering us was clear, a space where you can taste a quality menu, with a mix between avant-garde and traditional cuisine.
To do this, bet on a place with one of the best locations in the town.
We found a space that had previously been used for fast food service and that already had several reforms.
Therefore, we propose a comprehensive action, thus erasing any trace of previous activities.
PlantRectangular leaves clearly defined areas.
The main entrance centered on the façade delimits a room with high tables and another with low tables, one on each side and a large bar in front, behind which the kitchen is located.
The area with high tables is characterized by its imposing glass cabinet with capacity for more than 350 bottles of wine.
This serves to delimit this room with the bar and access to the bathrooms.
The area with low tables is made up of a simple perimeter bench in one of its corners and chairs made of elm wood and bulrush in the Wishbone style.
There are some wooden frames with slats, Mallorquina type, these, suspended on a system of sliding guides, act as a separator, providing a certain privacy to diners.
The great height that the premises have is used to treat the ceiling so that the different areas are differentiated.
In the rooms, large pits are projected from which a group of lamps and plants are suspended.
It is completed with perimeter lighting.
In the bar area, the height is lowered to the maximum allowed, in this way it is visually delimited.
The light woods, handmade tiles with decorated inserts, the caldera and off-white tone, the natural fibers,... give the space a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to taste your menu calmly.
