El Uno was born with the intention of becoming a culinary benchmark in the area with a courageous commitment to quality cuisine and an aesthetic clearly differentiated from the rest of the establishments in the capital.
The order consists of the transformation of a place whose previous activity was intended as a cocktail bar.
Located in a listed building in the old part of the city.
We set ourselves the main objective of eliminating all the elements that may remind us of the previous aesthetic, looking for something according to its location.
It is conceived as a bright and fresh space, for this purpose color dominante is used as white on its walls, combined with oak wood placed in a herringbone pattern for the flooring and velvet upholstery to create a cozy atmosphere.
The space is articulated by means of a lattice that delimits the double height of the premises.
With the intention of enhancing this double height, we took advantage of this space to place a green area as a characteristic element. This is formed by a vertical garden in one of its walls and by banana plants suspended from the ceiling._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf
