The union of two young and excited businessmen results in BULANICO, which is the definition in the "Jaenero" language of the thistle flower or dandelion.
They trust our studio with the interior design for their new project and set us as their goal, a white, bright, clean and welcoming space.
The local object of our reform is a space that has always been dedicated to the hospitality industry and at first glance it denotes a quite significant deterioration in maintenance, with some materials punished by the passage of time.
To achieve the objective set by the property, a comprehensive reform is proposed with the intention of turning the space around.
The simplicity of the result may seem worthless, although it is quite the opposite, it is in projects like this where the magic lies in the great transformation that the space experiences compared to its appearance before the performance.
A charming local of no more than 90 m2 and a rectangular arrangement where the distribution is already marked for us.
Our action consists of opening the premises to the outside by opening a hole (just the one allowed by the load-bearing walls on the sides), in this way we achieve visibility of the interior and entry of natural light, to facilitate it, a transparent glass front is proposed. formed by door and lateral fixed without profiles.

We opted for simple materials but applying them in such a way that they acquire a certain prominence.
